What it does

Calculating and benchmarking SaaS health metrics including ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, and NRR with prioritized advice.

Procedure

When this skill is activated, Chalie follows these steps:

  1. Use memory to recall any previously shared business metrics or prior health reports.
  2. Use memory to recall any previously stored metrics, then collect missing inputs from the user in a single grouped request: current MRR, MRR last month, expansion MRR, churned MRR, total active customers, new customers this month, churned customers, sales and marketing spend, and gross margin — work with partial data and state assumptions explicitly.
  3. Use code_eval to calculate: ARR, MRR growth percentage, monthly churn rate, CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC ratio, CAC payback period, and NRR.
  4. Use search to benchmark each metric against industry standards for the user’s market segment (Enterprise, Mid-Market, SMB, or PLG) and stage (Early, Growth, or Scale), labeling each as HEALTHY, WATCH, or CRITICAL.
  5. Use code_eval to identify the top 2 to 3 metrics at WATCH or CRITICAL status, ordered by business impact.
  6. Use document to state for each priority issue: what is happening (one sentence), why it matters, and two to three specific actions to take this month.
  7. Present the report from document in a fixed structure: Metrics at a Glance table, Overall Picture (2-3 sentences), Priority Issues, What is Working (genuine strengths only), and a 90-Day Focus with a single numeric target.
  8. Use document to save the health report and use memory to store the metrics baseline for trend tracking.
