What it does

Prepare for an upcoming meeting — research attendees, surface context, draft an agenda, and set a follow-up reminder.

Procedure

When this skill is activated, Chalie follows these steps:

  1. Ask for the meeting details: who is attending, the stated purpose, when it is, and any documents or links the user wants reviewed; use memory to recall prior context on the attendees.
  2. Use calendar to pull the meeting event and confirm time, location, and any notes already attached to it.
  3. Use contacts to retrieve information on the key attendees — role, organisation, and any prior interaction notes.
  4. Use memory to recall any context on the attendees, their organisation, or the topic from previous conversations.
  5. Use search and news to find recent news, announcements, or developments relevant to the attendees’ company or the meeting topic.
  6. Use document to draft a structured agenda: opening (2 min), context / background (5 min), main discussion items with owner and time allocation, decisions needed, and next steps.
  7. Use document to suggest 3–5 questions the user should be prepared to answer, and 3–5 questions worth asking the other party.
  8. Use schedule to create a reminder 30 minutes before the meeting, and optionally a follow-up reminder to send notes the day after.
