What it does

Analyzing meeting transcripts to surface communication patterns, speaking dynamics, and actionable coaching feedback.

Procedure

When this skill is activated, Chalie follows these steps:

  1. Use read to load the meeting transcript file, identifying the user’s speaker label and noting participant count in document.
  2. Use document to record speaking dynamics: word count and percentage per speaker, turn count, average turn length, and any monologues exceeding 200 words.
  3. Scan the user’s speech via document for hedging language, conflict avoidance patterns, and permission-seeking phrases — extract specific quotes with surrounding context.
  4. Use document to tally filler words (um, uh, like, you know, basically) per 100 words and classify the user’s questions by type: closed, leading, open genuine, clarifying, and building.
  5. If the user was the facilitator, use document to evaluate agenda adherence, decision clarity, and whether action items were assigned with explicit owners and deadlines.
  6. Use document to produce a report with: top 3 findings with evidence, detailed analysis per module, 3 genuine strengths, and 3 ranked growth opportunities each with a concrete “try this next time” action.
  7. Save the report using document and store key metrics in memory as a baseline for future comparison.
  8. Use memory to surface prior session baselines alongside this report so the user can see trend data.
