Internal Narrative Builder

Building and maintaining a coherent company story across employees, investors, customers, and candidates.

What it does

Building and maintaining a coherent company story across employees, investors, customers, and candidates.

Procedure

When this skill is activated, Chalie follows these steps:

  1. Use memory to recall any existing company narrative, prior investor updates, or all-hands messaging.
  2. Use document to draft a single-paragraph core narrative covering: mission, what is being built, the problem it solves, unique approach, current state, and near-term destination.
  3. Use document to translate the core narrative into an audience matrix covering employees, investors, customers, and candidates — same facts, different frames.
  4. Use memory to run a contradiction check: compare what was communicated to investors last period versus what was communicated to employees on the same topic.
  5. Use document to flag any contradictions or messaging gaps found across audiences.
  6. Use document to draft the specific communication artifact requested (all-hands script, investor update, candidate pitch, or crisis statement) using the audience-appropriate frame.
  7. Use document to save the core narrative and audience translation matrix as a reusable reference.
  8. Use memory to store the approved narrative so it surfaces consistently in future communications.
