What it does
Process and organize recent emails — classify them, surface action items, and draft replies without sending.
Procedure
When this skill is activated, Chalie follows these steps:
- Ask how far back to look (default: since yesterday) and whether to skip any categories; use
memoryto recall any triage preferences or filters. - Use the
emailtool to retrieve unread emails from the specified window. - Use
documentto classify each email into: Action Required, Active Conversation, Opportunity/Decision, Financial, or Low Priority / Informational. - For unknown senders on important emails, use the
searchtool to verify company legitimacy or context. - For each Action Required or Active Conversation email, draft a reply using the user’s preferred tone stored in
memory— never send, only draft. - Identify overdue follow-ups by cross-referencing
memoryfor any tracked threads. - Use the
scheduletool to create reminders for any emails with upcoming deadlines. - Use
documentto present a triage report: overview, action-needed items with draft previews, and quick-reference list of all emails processed.
