Email Sequence Designer

Create a lifecycle email sequence — welcome, onboarding, nurture, re-engagement, or post-purchase drip.

What it does

Create a lifecycle email sequence — welcome, onboarding, nurture, re-engagement, or post-purchase drip.

Procedure

When this skill is activated, Chalie follows these steps:

  1. Use memory to recall any existing brand voice, tone preferences, or ICP information before gathering sequence requirements.
  2. Ask what type of sequence is needed (welcome/onboarding, lead nurture, re-engagement, post-purchase, or event-based), who the audience is, what triggered them, and what the primary conversion goal is — then record requirements in document.
  3. Use document to design the sequence overview: trigger condition, number of emails, send timing/delays, and exit conditions.
  4. Use document to draft each email with: subject line, preview text, full body copy, and CTA button text with destination — never include send instructions.
  5. For sequences of 5 or more emails, use document to produce an overview table before individual email drafts.
  6. Use document to add 3 subject line alternatives per email for A/B testing.
  7. Save the finalized sequence structure and target profile to memory for future iteration on this campaign.
  8. Use email to send a test draft to the user if they want to preview the first email in an actual inbox.
