What it does
Recording, reviewing, and tracking key decisions and action items with owners and deadlines.
Procedure
When this skill is activated, Chalie follows these steps:
- Use
memoryto recall any existing decision log context or prior decisions relevant to this topic. - Ask the user for the decision details — what was decided, who owns it, the deadline, and the rationale — then record a structured entry in
documentincluding: date, topic, decision statement, owner, deadline, rationale, and rejected alternatives. - Use
documentto append the new decision to the persistent decision log, preserving all prior decisions. - Use
scheduleto create a reminder for the owner’s deadline so follow-up is not missed. - To review the log, use
documentto retrieve the full decision log. - Use
documentto surface all open action items from the retrieved log, grouped by owner and due date. - Flag any items past their deadline and ask the user whether to update, escalate, or close them — then use
documentto write back any changes. - Use
memoryto store the most recent decision summary so it surfaces automatically in future planning discussions.
