Content Strategy Planner

Plan what content to create — pillars, topic clusters, content calendar, and priority topics.

What it does

Plan what content to create — pillars, topic clusters, content calendar, and priority topics.

Procedure

When this skill is activated, Chalie follows these steps:

  1. Use memory to recall any stored company profile or prior content strategy, then ask what the company does, who the ideal customer is, and the primary content goal (traffic, leads, brand awareness, or thought leadership).
  2. Use memory to surface any stored customer research, then ask what questions customers ask before buying, what objections come up, and what language they use to describe their problems.
  3. Use the search tool to research what competitors are publishing and identify content gaps in the market.
  4. Use the search tool to validate keyword demand for the top candidate topics.
  5. Use document to define 3–5 content pillars with rationale for each, including how each pillar connects to the product.
  6. For each pillar in document, generate a subtopic cluster of 5–8 specific article or video ideas, tagging each as searchable (SEO-driven) or shareable (distribution-driven).
  7. Use document to build a prioritized topic list with: topic title, pillar, content type, target keyword, buyer stage, and why this topic (customer research backing).
  8. Save the strategy to memory so it can inform future content and copywriting sessions.
