Board Deck Builder

Assembling board meeting decks, investor updates, and quarterly business reviews with narrative structure.

What it does

Assembling board meeting decks, investor updates, and quarterly business reviews with narrative structure.

Procedure

When this skill is activated, Chalie follows these steps:

  1. Use memory to recall the company’s current metrics, recent decisions, and prior board updates.
  2. Ask the user for the deck type (quarterly, monthly, or fundraising) and the key metrics to include — use memory to pre-fill any metrics already stored.
  3. Use search to benchmark the company’s metrics against industry standards if comparisons are needed.
  4. Use document to structure the deck in order: Executive Summary (3 sentences), Key Metrics Dashboard, Financial Update, Revenue and Pipeline, Product Update, and Asks.
  5. For each section in document, write a headline, supporting data, narrative interpretation, and the “so what” or decision required.
  6. Use memory to cross-check stored metrics against what the user provided — flag any missing metrics or data gaps explicitly, never invent numbers.
  7. Use document to save the complete deck outline with all sections and placeholders clearly marked.
  8. Use memory to store the finalized deck structure and key decisions for future reference.
