Updates were made to core infrastructure, including updating CRITICAL_JOBS job names following a split, and refining code structure in the data graph service for robustness.

• Updated CRITICAL_JOBS job names to post-split IDs

• Hoisted inline float value to module-scoped constant

• Introduced StoreRequest dataclass to unify method signatures
